Booking & payment
How do I book a cab with Capital Cab Ranchi?
You can book online at capitalcab.cc/booking, on WhatsApp, or by calling our 24×7 dispatch line. Online bookings are confirmed by a callback within 10 minutes.
Is advance payment required?
No. We don't take advance payments for any standard booking. You pay after the ride — by UPI, debit/credit card or cash. Multi-day tour packages may need a small confirmation amount during peak season.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup. Late cancellations are charged ₹200. No-shows are charged minimum 1-hour fare.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes — every ride generates a GST invoice. Useful for corporate accounts and claim reimbursements. Add your GSTIN in the notes when booking.
Fares & pricing
Are Capital Cab fares fixed or metered?
All our fares are fixed and all-inclusive — fuel, tolls, parking and driver allowance baked in. No surge pricing, no night charges, no hidden 'driver bhatta'.
Do you charge extra at night?
No. We don't add a night-surcharge for any standard ride. Pickup or drop time doesn't change the fare.
What's the fare from Ranchi to Jamshedpur / Bokaro / Patna by cab?
Ranchi → Jamshedpur from ₹2,099 (129 km). Ranchi → Bokaro from ₹2,199 (110 km). Ranchi → Patna from ₹5,299 (330 km). All one-way, all-inclusive of fuel and tolls.
Is GST included in the displayed fare?
Yes — all fares shown on the website are inclusive of 5% GST.
Airport pickup & drop
How does an airport pickup work?
We track your flight number in real time. The driver reaches IXR before your flight lands and waits at Gate 1 with a placard. Free 45-minute wait time post-landing.
What is the cab fare from IXR airport to Ranchi city?
Hatchback from ₹499, Sedan from ₹699, SUV from ₹999. Fares vary slightly by drop area within Ranchi.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. There's no extra charge for flight delays — wait time starts from your actual landing time.

What kind of cars do you offer?

Are your drivers verified?
Yes — every driver is background-checked, holds a commercial license, is uniformed, and trained in Hindi and basic English.
Are the cars sanitised?
Yes — interiors are wiped and sanitised between every ride. AC, bottled water and phone chargers are standard in every cab.
