How to reach Patratu Valley & Dam from Ranchi

From Ranchi, head north on Ranchi-Patratu Road via Kanke. The famous 27-bend ghat starts around Pithoria and continues to Patratu town. The dam is 5 km past the town. Total: ~40 km, 1.5 hours by cab.
